Texas Hold 'Em Tourney to help fund 5th-graders' trip to Europe

Two fundraisers have been planned to raise money for fifth-grader McKenzie Adkins' participation in the People to People Student Ambassador Program. The first event for McKenzie, who attends St. Joseph School in Monroeville, is a Texas Hold 'Em Tournament at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. April 14 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.

Two fundraisers have been planned to raise money for fifth-grader McKenzie Adkins' participation in the People to People Student Ambassador Program.

The first event for McKenzie, who attends St. Joseph School in Monroeville, is a Texas Hold 'Em Tournament at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. April 14 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.

There will be a cornhole tournament and concert in the park at noon May 19 at the Bellevue VFW.
