HIGHWAY PATROL

Maryanne H. Crawford, 65, of 2948 Neal Zick Road, Willard, hit a deer Friday on Baker Road.

Ryan S. Noftz, 19, of Huron, was charged with failure to yield Sunday after he hit another vehicle driven by Vicki J. Masters, 38, of 300 W. Broadway St., Plymouth, at the intersection of U.S. 20 and Ohio 601.

Rachel R. Mohr, 16, of 24 Firelands Blvd., was charged with failure to control Monday after she went off the right side of Lovers Lane Road, came back onto the road, went both left and right of the center line and off the right side. Her vehicle hit an embankment and tree before coming to rest in a field. She was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center with possible injuries by her sister.

NORWALK FIRE

Responded to South Old State Road at 4:35 p.m. Monday to assist at the scene of a vehicle rollover. Returned to station at 5:02.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 9:41 a.m. at 1 Sixth St. Returned to station at 9:57.

Responded to 75 and 69 Ontario Streets at 9:44 a.m. Monday after the power being cut activated an alarm. Returned to station at 9:52.

NORWALK POLICE

Brian C. Smith, 42, of 107 N. Hester St., was arrested Monday on a Huron County Juvenile Court warrant.

George P. Wilganoski, 63, of 17 Cortland St., was charged with an open container violation Monday.

An East Washington Street resident reported their vehicle stolen Monday. It was later recovered at McGuan Park.

Lindsey T. Hipp, 17, of 10 Taylor Ave., was charged with failure to control Monday after she went left of center and off South Old State Road. Her vehicle hit a tree and vaulted onto its roof. She was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center by North Central EMS where she was treated and released.

A possible breaking and entering was reported at a Cleveland Road business Monday.

Tiffany C. Lovell, 26, of 394 Cleveland Road, Apt. 4H, was arrested Monday on a Mansfield Police Department warrant.

A State Street resident reported their son was bitten by the neighbor's dog over the weekend.

A Chatham Street building was reportedly vandalized Monday.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE

An Ohio 99, Willard, business reported a break-in Sunday.

Responded to a false alarm at an Ohio 61, North Fairfield, business Monday.

An Egypt Road, Willard, resident reported mailbox vandalism Monday.

Received a theft report from a Vesta Road, Wakeman, resident Monday.

A Crescent Road, Greenwich, resident reported the possible theft of prescription drugs Monday.

Received a report of possible domestic violence on Division Lane, New London, Monday.

Responded to an alarm activation on Cleveland Road, Norwalk, Monday.
