First Book accepting grant applications

First Book-Huron County is currently accepting book grant applications from local non-profit programs serving children in need. First Book-Huron County hopes to award about 1,500 new books to area children. Teachers and directors of local preschools, day care, after-school, tutoring and mentoring programs are encouraged to apply on behalf of their programs.
