LCCC Foundation manages to create venture capital fund with a twist

The Lorain County Community College Foundation has done the impossible. After nearly five years, the foundation got the IRS to think outside the box, and Huron County is going to benefit. With support from innumerable partners, the LCCC Foundation has created what the IRS approved as a charitable organization, but what is basically a venture capital fund with a twist.
