HOBY is a unique and highly interactive weekend. Through intense but informal panel discussions, HOBY participants get a realistic look at their nation, its people and their own role in the world community. These ambassadors enhance their leadership skills and discover that they are not alone in their desire to lead and to make their schools and communities a better place.
