Inmates accused of jail vandalism

Three Huron County Jail inmates have been charged through Norwalk Municipal Court in connection with separate incidents of vandalism. James R. Hicks, 29; James D. Stanfield, 19; and Michael D. Hall, 20, face one count each of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor, stemming from the December incidents. If convicted, they face a $750 maximum fine and up to 90 days in jail.
