Drug activity sends Willard man to prison

A Willard man was sentenced Tuesday to 28 months in prison for three felonies. David J. Stephens, 37, of 110 Fourth St., was sentenced immediately after pleading guilty to attempted escape, a fourth-degree felony, and one count each of trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin, both fifth-degree felonies.
