A suspected burglar reportedly was caught in possession of a stolen flat-screen television.

The Willard Police Department recovered a 42-inch, flat-screen Zenith TV in the possession of Dylan J. Souslin, Norwalk Assistant Law Director Scott Christophel said.

Souslin, 18, of 216 W. Laurel St., Willard, is charged with burglary in connection with an incident Tuesday. If convicted of the third-degree felony, he faces nine months to three years in prison.

Christophel said the TV was stolen from a Dale Street residence when the male victim wasn't home.

"They are acquaintances. It doesn't appear they know each other really well," he said when asked if Souslin and the victim know each other.

"It appears (Souslin) entered through a window," Christophel said. "It seems like he acted alone."

Souslin.....what a shock!!

I believe this happened the same night I chased away two kids at gun point near my residence on Main Street. The two could be seen sneaking around in the bushes at a church. I would have called the police but I didn't feel like being chastised by the dispatchers that act like you're bothering them by calling.

Dylan stealing now this is a big surprise. Maybe someday he will run into the wrong person, and have both arms broken, and then he wont ever think about stealing AGAIN

jake mac Too bad that you couldnt catch him.

Red handed comes from Scotland being caught with blood on your hands ,not hand in cookie jar !
