A defense attorney for a Norwalk man accused of selling two different drugs received the recordings of the controlled drug buys Tuesday.
Jason J. Taylor, 37, of 5173 Tomahawk Drive, is charged with one count each of trafficking in heroin and trafficking in Fentanyl, both in connection with a Nov. 11 incident.
During Tuesday's brief hearing, Huron County Common Pleas Judge Jim Conway said defense attorney Jack Bradley didn't have the complete recordings he needed to review while considering a plea deal with prosecutors. As the hearing ended, Bob McDowell, investigator for the Huron County Prosecutor's Office, entered the courtroom and then handed two discs to Bradley.
Taylor earlier posted a $5,000 bond. His next hearing is Tuesday.
