A Lorain woman driving with a suspended license was found with a suspected methadone pill in her car last weekend.

Stella M. Widman, 55, was stopped Friday night in the Spinners parking lot on Hyde Street in Wakeman while driving her 2002 Ford Focus. Wakeman Police Officer John Katitus made the stop.

"Officer Katitus confirmed (Widman's) suspension and she was charged with driving on a suspended license. There was marijuana and a methadone pill found in the vehicle," Chief Tim Hunker said.

Police will send the pill to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation for testing.

Widman was cited and released.

Cited and released. Nice. She obviously has prior issues to be suspended, way to go, let her go again.
