Fegley picked as board president

The three Huron County Commissioners traded seats this week.

Former President Gary Bauer's one-year term ended and Vice President Ralph Fegley took his place.

Commissioner Mike Adelman, who served as president in 2005, took Fegley's spot as vice president.
