Julie Wagner admits to being a tomboy, although it's clear even before her admission.

Wagner, a senior EHOVE student, is enrolled in a vocational program where you won't find many girls -- diesel technology. There are three other girls besides her. Wagner is one of a group of female EHOVE students who is enrolled in what you might call "non-traditional" programs for girls.
