Heather M. Linder, 36, of 565 Greenwich Milan Townline Road, was charged with failure to control and leaving the scene of a property damage crash Thursday after she went off the left side of Greenwich Milan Townline Road and hit a ditch and utility pole.

Richard D. Miller, 65, of Wellington, was charged with failure to control Monday after he went off the left side of Ohio 601, where his tractor-trailer overturned and hit a fence and electrical utility box. Miller was not injured.

Troopers are investigating an accident Tuesday in which the pickup truck being passed by William M. Joyce, 47, of 1936 Olive Road, Willard, while traveling east on Townline Road went left of center, hit Joyce's pickup truck and fled the scene.

Scott Blanton, 31, of 238 Whittlesey Ave., was arrested Tuesday on three Sandusky Police Department warrants, two of which were for felonies, and was charged with theft, possession of criminal tools and safecracking. He was turned over to a Sandusky police officer.
James T. Taylor, 30, of Elyria, was arrested on four local warrants Tuesday at the Lorain County Sheriff's Office and charged with failure to pay fines and costs and failure to show proof of substance abuse counseling. He is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.
