A Norwalk man pleaded guilty Friday to his indictment of breaking and entering in connection with an Aug. 5 incident.

"He seems to have some mental health issues," Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler said of Donald T. Ott, 57, of 303 E. Main St.

Ott, who is scheduled to be sentenced at 8:45 a.m. March 27, is out on 10 percent of a $5,000 bond.

A condition of his bond is he's prohibited from being on the premises of the victim's property.

Yea, he has some mental issues, he's a "have not" and wants what the "haves" have, but he don't want to get a job and work for it. Some people, like this guy don't want to play by the rules for some reason.

Didn't one last week have "mental issues"? Is that the new excuse?

Its not new - this guy has been nuts for years and needs very long term hospitalization.

Funny that the "haves" and "have-nots" comes up again in this paper, just more blatantly this time. Maybe the guy has serious mental issues and doesnt comprehend the societal boundaries of right and wrong, I'm not justifying what he did, I'm condemning the "better than them" metality that is so prevalent here. You know, money doesn't define one.
