See: Not-to-worry. All is well, the public spending and seeking of grants (free money) continues.

In spite of the anticipated loss of Janesville tax revenue, the city council acts as though it's business as usual with no austerity measures or attempting to think outside the box.

Citizens can comfortably go back to sleep.
