Health inspection reports for local food establishments in October have been released.

The health department inspection reports for Huron County food establishments in October have been released.

The following food establishments received no violations:

Norwalk Beverage Center; 17 St. Mary's St., Norwalk; Oct. 1, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility is in good working order!

Peacock Water; 31 E. Water St., Norwalk; Oct. 1, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility is in good working order!

Pure Water Filling Station; 59-61 N. Prospect St., Norwalk; Oct. 1, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility is in good working order!

D & D Smith Winery LLC; 401 W. Main St., Norwalk; Oct. 3, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility is clean and in good working condition.

Missler's IGA; 121 Blossom Center Blvd., Willard; Oct. 10, complaint inspection -- No violations.

NRP - Becky's Hotdogs; 1300 Ohio 18, Norwalk; Oct. 18, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility was not open during inspection.

NRP - Norwalk Junction; 1300 Ohio 18, Norwalk; Oct. 18, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility was not open during inspection.

Gardner's Supervalu Foods; 117 Whittlesey Ave., Norwalk; Oct. 23, complaint inspection -- No violations.

NRP - Pitside Pizza; 1300 Ohio 18, Norwalk; Oct. 25, standard inspection -- No violations. Inspector's comments: Facility was not open during the inspection.

Subway; 303 E. Main St., Bellevue; Oct. 29, complaint and standard inspections -- No violations.

It would be nice if Gardners would rotate its stock. I find expired items on shelves every week. They had peach tea with the Orange juice last week that expired in October! Last month I found dry dog food expired over a year ago.
