A Norwalk man currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail on allegations he assaulted a man during an early Monday morning Milan Avenue burglary.
Anthony C. Harkness, 44, of 72 Glover St., is accused of entering the back door of the home and then assaulting the victim who suffered "a serious laceration" to his lower lip, Norwalk Law Director Jim Conway said.
