A Conneaut woman has been bound over to the Ashtabula County grand jury on four felony charges, three of them drug related, according to local court records.

Angel M. Hannold, 39, 932 Buffalo St., waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Conneaut Municipal Court Judge Thomas Harris on Monday, a court spokeswoman said. She has been charged with Illegal possession/assembly of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs; aggravated possession of drugs and child endangerment — all felonies, according to court records.

Hannold is being held in city jail on drug-related charges she faces in Pennsylvania, a court spokeswoman said.

On Thursday, police obtained a search warrant from the court and went to Hannold’s residence, officers said. Inside, police found two active methamphetamine labs, drug paraphernalia and a quantity of meth. Hannold was arrested at the scene, police said.

Hannold shared the house with her 25-year-old daughter and 3-year-old grandson, said Police Chief Charles Burlingham. The boy’s presence in the drug house resulted in the child endangering charge, he said.

Police received a tip about drug use and manufacturing at the address just a day or two before the search warrant was obtained and served, Burlingham said.
