Occupation: sales/second assistant manager at Advance Auto Parts; employed five years in May

What exactly do you do? I organize the parts department and sell parts to people.

What was your first job? Schild's IGA in Norwalk at $5.15 an hour

Dumbest customer request or question? When they call and ask if we sell parts.

Most embarrassing moment at work? Last winter while entering the store parking lot, my car slid on black ice right into our store mailbox and is now sideways.

What is your dream job? To be a detective or stay home with my kids.

The most challenging part of my job is: To make every customer happy, as well as my employees

Most rewarding? Knowledge and moving up in the company

Most unique habit: Singing while I work or biting my nails

Biggest pet peeve? When people are not organized

Biggest guilty pleasure? Drinking

Favorite childhood memory: When my cousin and I played school bus and I was always the boss.

Best thing about living in Norwalk? Everything is close by.

Biggest complaint? Not a lot of restaurants

What do you like to do when you're not working? Play Wednesday night volleyball, spend time with kids

How do you get off the phone with a telemarketer? Hang up or let them talk to my kids

What do you do for exercise? Play volleyball once a week

How do you relieve stress? Scream, yell

The best advice I ever got was: Treasure what you have today because tomorrow could be different.
