We only need some heavy rain, never mind snow and ice, over here to bring chaos to our roads. In general the British motorist doesnt have a clue how to handle a vehicle in anything other than dry conditions. Even in ideal driving conditions the standard is poor although the driving test is particularly taxing. How so many bad drivers pass our driving test, I dont know.
