State Rep. Boose sees both sides of unemployment issue

State Rep. Terry Boose (R-Norwalk Township) said Monday the issue of unemployment never is easy to talk about. "It's tough," Boose said. "Being in parades and going door to door sometimes five times per week, these are the people I'm talking to. They don't have money and some are losing their homes.
