Scooter part of silent auction to benefit library

Scott and Mary Tester and the Don Tester Ford-Lincoln-Mercury team are offering to the public the opportunity to bid on a new 2007 Baron 150 cc VLA motor scooter. The proceeds of the silent auction will go to the Friends of the Norwalk Public Library. The minimum bid for the new motor scooter, which retails at $1,699, is $100. The winner will pay the title, transfer and preparation fees. People may submit their bid at the dealership on U.S. 250 South before 3 p.m. Monday.
