Pilot charged in fly-over

A pilot and his live-in girlfriend have been charged with felonies for buzzing a high school football game Friday night. Daniel Lake, 52, of Perkins Township, was charged with inducing panic, and Diane Mulvin, 42, was charged with complicity after Lake flew a plane over the Perkins High School football field prior to the Pirates' game against Huron.

She says she got permission from an off duty police officer to do this. There is a 1,000 ft. flight rule that was broken. They were like 200 ft. off the ground. They should be charged with inducing panic.
