A woman accused of stealing a firearm was among the 15 people indicted Friday by a Huron County grand jury.

Shauna R. Greaves, 32, of 204 S. Old State Road, is charged with theft of a firearm in connection with a May 17 incident. The Huron County Sheriff's Office investigated the case after the male victim reported the theft.

Greaves came to the sheriff's office on her own May 19. Norwalk Assistant Law Director Scott Christophel has said the suspect, who reportedly knows the victim, confessed to stealing a rifle and handgun, which didn't happen during a burglary.

In mid-April, Greaves was arrested on a separate felony charge during "Operation: Crystal Clear" when authorities from three counties arrested multiple suspects on secret indictments. She was charged with possession of heroin.
