Wakeman Wranglers Club members gathered at Topline Farms on Aug. 24 for ride night. Adviser Mona Burke presented Cindy Scherry a basket of "goodies" from the club that had treats for both horses and people who also use her facility. Cindy worked with club members on their riding skills and also worked on some jumping. Discussion was held confirming plans for float decorating, the parade and pony rides at the Fireman's Festival. Jessalyn Vogt did a demonstration with her mini, Fighit.

Wakeman Wranglers

Club members gathered at Topline Farms on Aug. 24 for ride night. Adviser Mona Burke presented Cindy Scherry a basket of "goodies" from the club that had treats for both horses and people who also use her facility. Cindy worked with club members on their riding skills and also worked on some jumping. Discussion was held confirming plans for float decorating, the parade and pony rides at the Fireman's Festival. Jessalyn Vogt did a demonstration with her mini, Fighit.

On July 29 members participated in the Fireman's Festival Parade. Molly Canfield, Sara Takacs, Leah Burke, and Alexis Scott rode their horses in the parade. Jessalyn Vogt, Tara Burke, Alexander Scott, Chelsey and Katie Jackson along with two of Jackson's goats and Jessalyn's mini rode on the club's float. The Wranglers received a trophy on their float again this year. The club gave pony rides at the festival for a while.

Members gathered at Topline Farms on Aug. 7 for their last ride night before fair.
