Grand jury indicts 21

Charges range from drug dealing to felonious assault

An Erie County grand jury has indicted 21 people.

Here are the names of those who have been indicted and their charges:

Joshua D. Herrin on felonious assault.

Matthew A. Buffington aka Matthew L. Buffington on harassment by inmate.

Nicole Gregory on aggravated possession of controlled substance analog.

Ishmale Z. Shemiah on felonious assault, tampering with evidence.

Ricky B. Taylor on tampering with evidence.

Lonnie V. Yost on two counts receiving stolen property, three counts grand theft, three counts vandalism.

Frank S. Hussing aka Frank Hemphill on complicity to commit grand theft, complicity to commit vandalism.

Quinton J. Larry on preparation of marijuana for sale, complicity to commit preparation of marijuana for sale, forfeiture.

Correy D. Martin on complicity to commit preparation of marijuana for sale, forfeiture.

Joshua A. Lieb on two counts non-support of dependents.

Tony L. Harper on vandalism.

Eugene F. McGlinchy on attempted robbery.

In addition to those 12, nine suspects were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won't be made public until arrests have been made or court papers served.
