A suspected marijuana dealer made her first court appearance in a felony case Monday.

Jaquelyn D. Faulkner, 23, of 507 Quail Creek Drive, Willard, was indicted earlier this month by a Huron County grand jury on one count of trafficking in marijuana.

The felony charge is in connection with a Sept. 24 incident. She is accused of using a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier to commit the offense.

On Monday, she pleaded not guilty in Huron County Common Pleas Court.

Having posted a $5,000 bond, Faulkner is subject to random drug screens.

Her trial date is April 4.

Kottage Kat

That name seems to crop up often ( pun intended)

What a waste of our tax dollars. Betcha she gets a harsher sentence than the heroin squad ever gets. Mark my words.

Going to see the same judge & prosecutor as her brother...probably throw out all charges & just nail her with a seat-belt violation!

Doesn't look like she makes much money from it...not even enough to buy a brush.

You have got to be kidding me!! Lol same girl that was trying to defend her brother Phillip just a few days ago on here. Man o man that family is pure white TRASH!!!!

Should be legal

Let me guess. She's innocent? She comes from a good family? We all make mistakes? She got mixed up with the wrong crowd but she's really a good person? Yawwwwwwwwn.... just lock her up with the rest of Huron County's dregs. The world is better without her.

Boy, this 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier sure made the headlines. I'm on the edge of my seat here...WHAT COLOR WAS IT? Did it have power locks? What exactly does the make, model and year of her car have to do with this?

I was thinking the same thing Bailey...Sounds like they gonna keep this car!!! LOL

Mr. Touchdown

I am very proud
Of me & my brother's name
Although his kinda drug heroine
And mine ain't exactly the same
Stop and think it over
Put yourself in my position
If I get stoned and sell my dad's marijuana all night long
It's a Faulkner family tradition

This is karma at its best (her words from a previous topic dealing with her loser or a brother). Just more trash. When are we going to say enough is enough and demand that our judicial system stop slapping wrists and start making these people held accountable for their actions. Either prison time, or repeat offenders are no longer allowed to live in this county. Boot them out.

total B.S. because she will get more time than all the worthless loser heroin dealers on here, our judicial system is a joke sometimes, or at least the people who come up with and enforce these stupid laws.

You got that right
