The following real estate transactions represent the highest and lowest amounts recorded in Huron County for the week ending Jan. 11:

High: $292,789 - James A. and Carolyn C. Hay to Steven G. Ruffing, Section Line Road 30, Sherman Twp.

Low: $8,000 - Pamela J. Snyder to David B. Harwood, 120 Crestwood Drive, Willard.
