The following real estate transactions represent the highest and lowest amounts recorded in Huron County for the week ending Jan. 4:

High: $375,000 - Michael R. Pelchar to Mark E. Cole, U.S. 224, Richmond Twp. $375,000 - Linda Ann Parker to Mark E. Cole, U.S. 224, Richmond Twp.

Low: $15,000 - Fannie Mae to James E. Smith, 215 South West Ave., Willard.

What in the world does a "high" and "low" real estate sale price have to do with anything? How could this information help any reader in any way? I'm not trying to be confrontational...just looking for a why, I guess.
