The first baby of 2013 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center was born on the second day of the new year.
Leo Sebastian Neal, the son of Jenny and Jon Neal of Norwalk, was born at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday, weighing 6 pounds 12 ounces and 19 inches in length. Leo is the Neals fifth child. His siblings include Owen, Calvin, Sidney and Kadence.
The family has requested no interviews or photos.
