Breastfeeding support

A breastfeeding support group meets twice each month: at 11 a.m. on the first Tuesday at the Huron County General Health District meeting room next to the WIC office in the county administration building, 180 Milan Ave., and at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday in the Ghrist room next to the cafeteria at Fisher-Titus Medical Center on Benedict Avenue.

Breastfeeding moms, pregnant women, babies and significant others are welcome. The goal of the group's organizers is to encourage moms to continue to breastfeed as long as they desire. Moms will be able to share there experiences and learn what has worked for others as well.
