Ohio 13, U.S. 224 project should finish later this month

Original target completion date was Nov. 4.

Officials said Monday the bridge and culvert project near the intersection of Ohio 13 and U.S. 224 should be finished by the end of the month.

The project began in September and originally had a target completion date of Nov. 4.

Normally there are legitimate excuses that delay these projects, like variable weather, but this season has been fairly calm. Why the delay?
