Old Willard city hall coming down

Willard has begun tearing down the old city hall and the bulk of the exterior should be down by Nov. 16, city manager Brian Humphress said.

Humphress reported the news to council at this week's meeting. He said the site should be "generally secure in time for the Chamber Christmas Parade."
