Due to stormy weather caused by the remnants of Hurricane Sandy, some area communities have postponed trick-or-treat and other Halloween-related activities.
Norwalk’s trick-or-treat time has been changed to 6:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Any resident who wishes to participate should leave on a porch light.
Milan’s trick-or-treat also has been moved to Saturday, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Willard’s trick-or-treat has been moved to 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

Dang it! My husband finally had off on the trick-or-treat day this year, and they changed it to a day he has to work :(...
What do you expect? Its freezing cold, winds of 60+ and sidewards rain. Good move with the change.
I know it needs rescheduled. I'd do the same. It would be stupid to take your kids out in that weather. And I think they'd be miserable the whole time.
thank you i would def not take my kids out in this junk my dad and mom will kill me
