Lasghetti

1-16 oz package of thin spaghetti 1 1/3 pound ground chuck/beef

1-16 oz package of thin spaghetti

1 1/3 pound ground chuck/beef

1/8 oz light cream cheese-soften

1 cup light sour cream

2 cups shredded mozzarella

1 32 oz. jar regular spaghetti sauce

2 Tsp. margarine melted

1 cup light ricotta cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion Cook spaghetti and set aside. Brown ground chuck/beef. Drain grease. Pour in spaghetti sauce. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream and onion together until somewhat smooth.

Grease or use cooking spray on 13 by 9 pan. Put half of cooked spaghetti across bottom of pan. On top of the noodles, spread cream cheese, etc. mixture. Drizzle the melted margarine over top. Spread over mixture top the ground chuck/beef and spaghetti sauce. Put the other half of the spaghetti on top. Top with mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly. Let sit about five minutes before cutting it.
