Kenneth A. Bodnar, 24, of 18B Gallup Ave., faces a Nov. 27 trial on one count each of theft of a credit card and receiving stolen property. The pair of felonies are in connection with an Aug. 28 incident.
Bodnar pleaded innocent to the charges Tuesday in Huron County Common Pleas Court.
He must post a $10,000 bond before being released from custody.
Bodnar is serving time in jail on misdemeanor convictions, defense attorney T. Douglas Clifford said without elaborating. That unspecified term ends in January.
