Ripley Nifty Needlers and Cookers The club held its first meeting at adviser Hazel Myers' home at March 19. The club started the meeting with the pledges, which were led by Carie Edwards. Members were reminded to attend the Huron County Grade-A Banquet sponsored by the Kiwanis Club at Norwalk Middle School.

Ripley Nifty Needlers and Cookers

The club held its first meeting at adviser Hazel Myers' home at March 19. The club started the meeting with the pledges, which were led by Carie Edwards. Members were reminded to attend the Huron County Grade-A Banquet sponsored by the Kiwanis Club at Norwalk Middle School.

Members discussed making Easter baskets for the Willard Healthcare Nursing Home, as a community's service project at the next meeting. Members then decided to donate to the Norwalk Kiwanis Club for hosting the Grade A banquet. The advisers then informed the club about attending the Huron County Volunteer Recognition Banquet they attended. The club then decided to participate in the Easter Seals program and that Missler's grocery store would be the location, making time slots for members to work from 9 a.m. to noon March 31. Afton Robinson gave a demonstration on how to feed and care for rabbits.
