No outside calls were getting through to the sheriff's office this morning following a power failure. The problem has since been fixed, the the department is receiving phone calls again.
All 9-1-1 calls were sent directly to the Norwalk Police Department during the phone service interruption. To call the Norwalk police, you can call two numbers — (emergency) (419) 668-3311 or (non-emergency) 663-6780.
