Cassandra Mulinix, 24, of Sandusky.

• Immediate family: Husband, Andy and two dogs, Sammy and Libby.

• Education: Monroeville High School and currently attending Ohio Business College.

• Occupation: Assistant manager, Norwalk License Bureau for a little over two years. I assist my lovely office manager with daily office duties and assist customers.

• What was your first job?: Dishwasher for $5 an hour.

• Dumbest customer request or question? Why don't we serve coffee and doughnuts.

• Most embarrassing moment at work? When I locked the doors at 1:30 on a Saturday and we don't close until 2.

• What is your dream job? Television host or news anchor woman.

• The most challenging part of my job is: Making sure that customers understand that we work for the government and that we have laws to follow. It's not that we are being mean.

• Most rewarding?: When customers come in our office and realize that we have a new, FRIENDLIER staff.

• Most unique habit: I'm a multitasker.

• Biggest pet peeve? When people don't listen to me.

• Biggest guilty pleasure? Shopping.

• What do you do for exercise? I don't exercise.
