Barrett to discuss biennial budget plans for libraries

State Rep. Matt Barrett (D-Amherst) will meet at 10:30 a.m. Monday with library directors, trustees and Friends' members from Seneca, Huron and Lorain counties to discuss Gov. Strickland's biennial budget plans for libraries. The Ohio Library Council leadership has reported that legislators may switch to a different funding base for public libraries and local government units.
