Vermilion River Realty launches new Web site, brand

WAKEMAN — In an effort to better and more effectively connect buyers and sellers, Vermilion River Realty has launched its new brand and client friendly Web site at www.vermilionriverrealty.com.

The new brand and Web site, developed by Cincinnati-based Web development and brand firm Eisen Management Group, showcases the hometown roots of the Wakeman and New London real estate firm that specializes in matching buyers and sellers to rural and riverfront properties in the Western Reserve and Firelands areas.

The site features an ease of navigation designed to enable buyers to quickly view available homes and land and schedule a consultation. Sellers also can begin the listing process online, calculate their possible mortgage and learn valuable tips on buying and selling their home quickly.

The new Web site also features a community relations project with area animal shelters, and an ongoing look inside the renovation of a colonial home. Web users may also request a free booklet from VRR that provides valuable information on the buying and selling process.
