A Berlin Heights man will be interviewed and screened for the intervention and drug court programs.

Aaron H. Arnold, 26, of 4905 E. Ohio 113, waived his right to a speedy trial date Tuesday.

He is charged with one fourth-degree felony count of grand theft and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor, both in connection with an incident between July 21, 2012 and Jan. 1. Arnold also faces possession of heroin stemming from a March 27 offense.

Arnold is out on a personal recognizance bond. That means he signed a court document promising he would return to court for future hearings without having to pay any money.
