Milan going back to the voters

Milan village officials will ask residents to renew a 4.0 mill tax levy for the street levy fund on the November ballot.

If the residents renew the levy, they won't pay any additional taxes.

"Let the record show that this council is working hard to keep taxes down," Mayor Steve Rockwell said. "I know we're all trying to get by with less."
