A highly intoxicated driver faces a host of charges after troopers with the state Highway Patrol did an inventory of his car.

Michael J. Miller, 51, of Ottawaville, was warned about going left of center on Ohio 547 near U.S. 20 in Monroeville. Trooper Sarah Frey made the traffic stop at 5:30 p.m. May 13.

Miller's blood alcohol content level tested at .245 percent during a breath test, according to Frey's report. The legal limit for drivers is .08 percent.

Fitzgerald Service Center towed the four-door, 2002 Lincoln car from the scene. During an inventory, troopers reported finding a vodka bottle on the floor of the front passenger's side and two marijuana roaches in the ashtray near the front seat.

Miller admitted he had two marijuana cigarettes in a suitcase, according to Frey's report.

The suspect was charged with driving under the influence, an open container violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation.

Miller has a prior DUI conviction from 2010.
