A woman accused of selling morphine has a trial scheduled for the fall in Huron County Common Pleas Court.
Debra K. Boggs, 55, of 28 Grand Ave., is charged with one count of trafficking in morphine. If convicted, she faces six to 18 months behind bars.
"Morphine is a serious drug. She has no real record," Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler told Judge Jim Conway during Monday's hearing.
The judge released Boggs on a personal recognizance bond due to a medical condition. The defendant, who is subject to random drug screens, has a trial scheduled for Oct. 24.
