The "Believe" Tour, presented by Motorola and produced by AEG Live will start up again on June 22nd in San Diego at the Valley View Casino Center and will blaze a trail through the newly added cities -- including a stop at Quicken Loans Arena at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 13.

A number of VIP packages will also be offered on the upcoming tour. In addition to great seats, VIP packages can include meet-and-greets and photo opportunities with Justin Bieber, autographed memorabilia, exclusive VIP merchandise and more.
