Supporting local farmers by serving their food

Bar North restaurant chef William Skinner said 50 percent of the restaurant's ingredients come from Chef's Garden and the rest from small area farmers.

Skinner, 28, said his restaurant's staff is dedicated to supporting local farmers and produce and he wants to promote that fact. He also wants the public to know that you don't have to be a member of Thunderbird Hills North Golf Course to eat at the restaurant. It is located in the clubhouse of Thunderbird Hills North, 1316 Mudbrook Road.
