Who is the strongest one of all? Two classes of third-graders at Pleasant Elementary provided the answer through a theatrical performance this week.
Students in Jayne Ziemke's class performed a play titled "The Strongest One" for students in Kim Caprara's class on Monday. Then Caprara's students performed the same play for Ziemke's students.
"The Strongest One" was adapted from Joseph Bruchac's "Pushing up the Sky: Seven Native American Plays for Children," a collection of seven short children's plays based on traditional American Indian folk tales.
