n Assisted North Central EMS with a female patient at 4:56 p.m. Thursday at 46 Garcia Drive. Returned to station at 5:23.


n A Parsons Street resident reported a domestic dispute Thursday.

n The owner of a Cline Street business reported finding seven bags of trash outside her locked dumpster Thursday and found five bags there last week. She said she started locking the dumpster after “people were constantly filling it up with what appeared to be their extra bags of garbage, leaving (them) for her to pay for (their) disposal.”

n David A. France, 33, of 91 Boster St., was arrested on two warrants Thursday and charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance and disorderly conduct. He is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

n Norwalk Middle School Principal James Hagemeyer reported an unruly juvenile Thursday. Police forwarded a report to the Huron County Prosecutor’s office and Huron County Juvenile Court.

n A Whittlesey Avenue business employee reported an undisclosed theft Thursday.

n Nathan R. Loudy, 18, and Jamie L. Mullins Jr., 21, were charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a fight at the intersection of West Washington and State streets Thursday.

n The state Highway Patrol reported having Kerrie Close, 22, of 50 Fir St., New London, in custody on three warrants during a traffic stop near the intersection of Akron and Old State roads Thursday. She was charged with failure to pay fines and costs. Close currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

n Dispatched a sick raccoon Thursday on Glover Avenue with one round from the animal control rifle.

n A Tucker Avenue resident reported having undisclosed problems with his neighbor Thursday.

n Assisted a Norwalk Municipal Court probation officer with serving a warrant Thursday. George T. Adams, 34, of 5 W. Washburn St., Lot 3, New London, was charged with failure to show proof of six months of counseling. He is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

n A Milan Avenue business employee reported one of the company trucks was vandalized Thursday. Two of the side storage bins had been entered and a third, with a rusty door, had been ripped off plus the rear storage compartment handle was bent. Nothing appeared to be stolen.

n Samuel V. Montana, 17, of 67 Milan Ave., was charged with failure to control Thursday after he hit the 1993 Chevrolet owned by a South Linwood Avenue resident parked legally at her home. Montana was driving his mother’s 2002 Ford SW, heading north at the time.


n Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 hang-up call Thursday from Fitchville River Road, Wakeman.

n A U.S. 20, Collins, business employee reported a tractor-trailer hit the building Thursday and left, heading west.

n A Western Reserve High School employee reported an unruly juvenile Thursday.

n A Daniels Road, Willard, resident reported identity theft Thursday.

n A Neal Zick Road, Willard, resident reported there were several male suspects inside of her vehicle Thursday.

n Gary S. Kelley, 40, of 2801 U.S. 250, New London, was charged with driving under the influence in connection with a Rome Greenwich Road, Greenwich, traffic stop Thursday.

n Shane L. Wolery, 29, of 2407 Jennings Road, New London, was arrested on a warrant and charged with failure to report to jail. Wolery is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

n A Wakeman police officer requested an ambulance dispatched to a Wakeman address Thursday.
