Lebanon corn maze opens Saturday

LEBANON - The Incredible Maize of Warren County will open Saturday and run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday through Oct. 28.

The maze is one of the largest in the country, located on 25 acres.

The hours are 6 p.m. to midnight Fridays; 11 a.m. to midnight Saturdays; and 1 to 6 p.m. Sundays. The last admission will be sold one hour before closing.

On Tuesdays through Thursdays, the maze will be open for private groups of 25 or more, school field trips, Scout groups, church groups, corporate team-building and other by appointment only. Catered meals are available. School field trips involve "Classroom in the Corn," where the 3,500 uses of corn are discussed.

Site activities include a 25-acre corn mzae, hayride, live musical entertainment, straw maze, "cow train" ride and pumpkin patch.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Admission is $10.50 for those 12 to adult; $6 for those ages 4 to 11; $8 for seniors 65 and older; with those 3 and under free. The "cow train" is $1 plus admission.

The maze is owned and operated by Tim Nogle.
